Editorial Board of Series Byzantina is preparing the eight volume on Byzantine and Post-Byzantine art in Bulgaria and neighbouring countries. Our aim is to introduce a reader to a mutual cultural influence of Balkan countries. The articles will touch such issues as architecture, painting, book illumination, printing industry and handicraft. We would like to present a short description of monuments situated outside the Balkan countries, which indicate the magnitude of art export not only in the Christian East but also within the Latin countries.
All the texts should be sent to our editorial office and they should comply with the requirements specified in a separate file titled: The rules for the texts in English, by January 31, 2010 at the latest.
